Artist's Statement: I have been a painter since the 1950s. My particular milieu is collageDalone and also combined with other media such as acrylic, pastel, watercolor, etc. My purpose is make paintings wherein the shapes, hues, and lines come together in a colorful and harmonious relationship. By this means I attempt to recreate the new worlds that the artists sees and hopes to convey to the viewer. If this is accomplished then I feel that I have succeeded in my purpose.
