Please submit photographs of at least two executed murals. Include a concise history as a muralist, listing titles of works, stating in each case medium, size, for whom executed, and where installed. Identify each photograph and attach to the back : title, location, size, medium, architectural credit.

Membership Fees:

Members in the New York area (within a radius of fifty miles)	$45 per annum
Members beyond the fifty mile area	$25 per annum
